berry used was a Kelpsy berry
lots of people have already made use of this berry for worm like creatures. i desired to make a very unique design ;3
Draglantis (Dragon + Atlantic ocean)

Water/Dragon
does not evolve
pokedex: Draglantis. The Morton Bane Pokemon. Using it's array of fin shaped ceras as well as an internal gas sack to float effortlessly across any body of liquid, It searches for nourishment and sustenance. The ceras are coated with a number of toxins that are extracted from their often poisonous prey (Such as Tentacool, Skrelp or Quilfish) Able to swim with a graceful amount of agility, Draglantis sometimes looks as if its "gliding"over the water as if its flying.
trivia: Draglantis' tendril like ceras are able to pick up the slightest hints of current and wind changes within it's environment. It can also somewhat camouflage into certain reef structures to evade predators or detection by it's prey.
